Before we dive into specific things let´s start with what TRAIN ACADEMY really is.

As a sport physiologist I was always helping people to understand the basic principles of training intensities and the human response behind them. Scientific training doesn´t mean sticking to training plan, but understanding why you spent so many hours in the high or low intensities can be helpful for you and your personal training regime.

Train Academy is all of that, a collection of  tips and guidance how to train by yourself while having fun and improving your knowledge of how to integrate strength training , nutrition and understand recovery. Train Academy is offering metabolic performance tests, trainings and consultations, from 21st  to 23rd  of April.

        Academy Plus

Price for a person: 150 €‎, 131 £ (gbp)

A comprehensive week of Performance test and Training consultations. This package is offering an initial metabolic assessment, so a metabolic performance test (photo below)  in which we analyse more than 10 biomarkers of your body:

    • Resting metabolic rate

    • Vo2 max

    • Fat Max Zone

    • Calories Burn

    • Carbohydrates Burned

    • Fat Burned

    • Heart Fitness

    • Lung Fitness

    • Cellular Fitness

    • Movement Economy

After analysing your metabolism in depth, we can understand how to help you achieve your goals. The test will follow a two (or more) hour workshop in which I will explain the meaning of the test results and how to train properly depending on your requirements. Within our workshop we, will be able to put certain training methods also in practice.

Price for a person: 180 €‎, 157 £ (gbp)

The test will follow an initial consultation and explanation of the test results. After that, we will structure a customised weekly training plan in which you will work on your weak points.
